Investing in multiple mindset or learning mindset? ( for beginners)

For a beginners, go with learning mindset first

Here’s the beginner playbook that won’t burn you:

Phase 1: Learning mindset – First 6 months

Goal = Understand, not get rich quick.

1.Start with 2-3 companies max

Pick companies whose products you use. Can’t explain how Dialog makes money? don’t buy it yet.

2. invest small amount monthly

5k 10k per company. This is “tuition fee” to learn. If you lose it. you’re still okay.

3. Do 3 homework tasks every quarter:

  • Read the 2-page “CEO message” in annual report
  • Check if profit is growning or shrinking
  • Ask: Would I happy if stock dropped 30% tomorrow?

Phase 2: Add “Multiple mindset” slowly

After 6 month when you are less scared of red days:

  1. Add 1 new company every 2-3 months

Only if you understand it. Rule: if you can’t explane it to your friend in 30 seconds, skip it.

2. Cap any 1 staock at 15% of your tatal stock money.this is your safety .

3. Target 8-12 companies in 2 years

That gives you diversification without confusion.

Simple rule for beginners:
Diversification = Your knoelage * Time
More knowlage = more stock you can handle.
Less knowlage = keep it simple + safe

Bottom line: Start small, learn deep, then diversify wide. you’ll make fewer mistakes and actually enjoy investing insted of stressing.
